Terms & Conditions
Please read the following document carefully.
1. Booking, Confirmation & Payment
- When you have chosen the Tour that you wish to book, simply hit the Book Now button.
- You’ll be able to select your dates, enter your passenger numbers, and choose from options and extras before you move onto the next stage and finalizing your booking by payment.
- For any of our overnight Adventure Tours a €250 Deposit is needed to provisionally hold your place.
- Once this deposit is paid we’ll get to work securing your tour arrangements. This normally takes up to 5 working days.
- Confirmed Bookings: Once we have confirmed your booking, you can make your travel arrangements.
- In the unlikely event that we cannot confirm your booking (usually due to accommodation availability issues), you would of course be refunded in full.
- Please wait until you receive your final confirmation email from us before booking any travel arrangements (such as flights).
- Alternatively, you can pay the full amount during the booking process, if you wish.
- Full Payment is requested for our Half & Full Day Adventure Tours which can be done directly on this website making these bookings a binding contract between us which will be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
The balance of the holiday must be paid no later than 60 calendar days prior to departure and if not received on time we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
Payments may be made by credit card on our website through our booking system or by bank transfer/wire or by phoning our office.
For payment by credit card, we accept all major cards. We are not liable for any bank charges associated with bank transfer/wire.

2. Client Alterations
- If, after we have confirmed a booking, the client requests a change in the dates or content of the agreed itinerary we will do our best but cannot promise to meet the revised requirements.
- Any alterations may mean an increased cost in tour prices and a change in tour itineraries and/or accommodations.

3. Cancellations
- Cancellation of a client’s booking must be notified in writing to us.
- Cancellation charges are calculated on the day when written notification is received by us.
- 61 Days Or More: Deposits are refundable or can be transferred to another tour if available.
- 60 Days Or Less: Both deposit and balance payment are non-refundable.
- Once the tour has started, no refunds will be made under any circumstances for any unused sectors or sections.
- If the reason for the client’s cancellation is covered by the client’s insurance policy, the client may be able to make a claim under that policy, this is entirely a matter between the client and their insurer.
- If the client wishes to change to an alternative tour or departure date, this must be done with a minimum of 60 days notice and will depend on availability.

4. Alterations or Cancellation by Us
- Once your booking has been confirmed we will make every effort to provide you with the booked holiday arrangements but reserve the right to alter or cancel the whole or part of the holiday if we cannot avoid doing so.
- In the event of cancellation of a tour by us, we will offer a full refund of the tour price.
- In these circumstances, no incidental or consequential expenses will be paid by us and will endeavour to help in finding alternative transport arrangements in this circumstance.

5. Your Safety & Responsibility on the Tour
- The client acknowledges that the nature of the activity/tour/event/service can be deemed adventurous and participation involves a degree of personal risk, the potential for harm, loss, or negative events such as injury and/or death, illness, or property damage, arising from inherent hazards within the activity/tour/event/service and its environment.
- We will do our absolute best to make sure you stay safe during your tour, however, the clients are responsible for their own safety at all times and in particular on walks and outdoor activities. Some of which are easy, but others might be more active and clients take part at their own risks.
- The clients must notify us of any medical conditions, allergies or previous serious medical operations.
- Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

5. Waivers
- It is a condition of your booking being accepted that each client signs (or has signed on their behalf if under 18) our waiver of liability, a copy of which will be forwarded to you on booking and which must be signed using the document signing tool.
- Failure to sign a waiver will result in the client’s booking being treated as having been cancelled by you and we reserve the right to impose the cancellation fees described in this agreement.

6. Insurance
- The price of your ticket does not cover your travel insurance.
- We strongly recommends that the client purchases comprehensive travel insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel.
- The client should ensure that any activities undertaken by the client during the Tour are covered by their insurance, in this regard, please note that certain activities may require specific insurance and it is a matter for the client to ascertain the position with their insurer before partaking in any activity.
- Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or other harm caused to the client or their possessions during the tour.
- You are responsible for looking after your personal belongings whilst travelling.
- We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left behind or damaged on any tour irrespective of the circumstances.

7. Weather Warnings
- We will follow government advice with relation to weather warnings. Met Éireann, the Irish National Meteorological Service, is the leading provider of weather information and related services for Ireland.
- In the case of a red weather warning being issued by Met Éireann touring will cease until the red weather warning has passed.

8. Complaints
- Should the client have a complaint in respect of the tour, they should inform the Tour Guide during the course of the tour.
- If the matter cannot be resolved after the representative’s best endeavours to do so during the tour, the client’s complaint should be made to us by email within 28 days thereof so that it can be investigated.
- Any claims made after the 28 days period will not be considered by us.
- Please note that if you attempt to address a situation on your own without using this notice procedure, you assume responsibility for any added costs you may incur and forfeit any potential refunds.

9. Photos & Marketing
- Your driver guide will request to take photos during the tour. These photos may be used online by us solely for the purpose of marketing. If you do not wish your photos to appear online please inform your driver guide and we will ensure your wishes are respected.
